High School Tryout Prep Training Fall 2013
THIS PROGRAM RUNS 2 WEEKS BEFORE TRYOUTS AND IS AIMED AT FALL SPORT ATHLETES. WE ALSO HAVE A 6 WEEK WORKOUT FOR H.S. PLAYERS HERE.
We will be holding a 2 week 4 session High School Tryout Prep program for athletes finishing up fall sports. This will be a very intense 2hr weekly workout focused on building strength, conditioning, agility and honing offensive and defensive skill sets.
We will also show players what H.S. coaches are looking for and how to maximize their chances to make and play on their high school team.
This program should not be missed for anyone serious about playing high school hoops. This workout will be based on college workouts and practices and will realistically be more challenging than anything players will experience on their high school teams. Coaches will demonstrate and participate in many drills to help raise the bar and set the tone for the rest of the group. We have the knowledge and experience to get you to the next level!!
This program reaches capacity every season. While it is usually possible to register for programs near the start date, we strongly suggest you register early in this case.
Thursdays 10/24 (Hyde Park Day School), 10/31 7:00-9:00pm and Saturdays 10/26, 11/2 2-4pm @ Roycemore School. All days other than the 1st Thursday will be held at Roycemore.
