$225/135 for RMG Members
Price is for 4 (90 minute) sessions per month if 4 players per group, 4 (60minute) sessions if 2 players.
Times available starting in September are as follows.
Mondays - 430-9pm
Fridays - 4-7pm
Saturdays - Afternoon time slots flexible
Sundays 2-4pm

Focused Training led by Nick Robison and Rashid Smith now available for players 4th Grade through High School!
Fall Focused Training Schedule - Starting in September. Please register today and specify time and day of choice. We will do our best to accomodate everyone, but RMG Members will get first choice of times.
Small Group training sessions (up to 5 players) will be designed around individual athletes' strengths and deficienies to achieve maximum results. Workouts will be based on college individual workouts and formatted to players's age and skill level.
Focused Training will make every kid involved a better athlete, teammate and player.
- Each Session 90 minutes (4 players) 60 minutes (2 players)
- 1 or 2 Sessions per week available
- Register Individually or as a group
- Packages range from 1-3 months (may not register for individual lessons)
- Assessment and Skill Pack provided to every athlete
