                                                                                                                                                             Increase speed, agility, quickness and conditioning, while developing muscular stabilization, strength, and power.  Prepare for football, soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey, tennis, lacrosse, or any other sport you might play.

Mark will create a specific program according your needs and desires, helping you reach your potential as an athlete!

Each program will focus on strengthening the stabilizer muscles which are the foundation for any athlete if they are going to reach their full potential. This will help decrease injuries and will be the stepping stone to developing stronger, more explosive movements. Your flexibility, balance, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and stamina will all increase and will have coaches, teammates, and parents taking notice of the dramatic improvements.

Mark has spent the last 12 years mentoring, coaching, and training young athletes. He has worked with athletes from age 5 through 25. Many of his pupils have competed at the collegiate level in basketball, hockey, and football. Mark has also competed internationally as both a basketball and soccer player. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through both the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Mark's desire is to see young athletes reach their full potential not only in sport, but in life. It is with this at his core that he wants to help you achieve all that you can!
