Philosophy

RMG Hoops LLC, Robison-Mance Group, is the direct result of its founders' appreciation, passion and respect for the game of basketball, not only as a means of competition and entertainment, but as a device to help children and young adults develop skills they will need and cherish throughout their lives.

Basketball has the power to reveal potential in young athletes that may otherwise remain dormant. The sport builds confidence, promotes achievement through teamwork, and reflects the importance of focus and persistence like few other activities can.

RMG's coaches have experienced this personally at a very high level of competition. As collegiate players, we gained an understanding of the game that far surpasses everything we thought we knew, previously. Our goal is to facilitate this understanding to every kid that steps on to the floor with us, whether it be for a practice, workout, game or camp. Success on the court will of course vary for each player. However, whether an individual makes Varsity, plays Intramurals or just an occasional pick up game, the qualities we will help develop and reveal through basketball, will remain with him/her for a lifetime on and off the court.
